Oia Santorini
Among the first and more attractive projects is the one on the beach of Oia in Santorini Island. There is a plot of 6,625,49 m², right next to the clean sea waters of the Aegean Sea. On this amazing piece of land, it is possible to build anything from a small hotel up to some luxurious villas.
Kapandriti Village in Attica
​Kapandriti Village is in the Attica region, 36 km northeast of Athens. The shape of the plot, on which there is an old stone house, (to be demolished) is 976 m². According to the building rules in the area the building possibilities are total of 400 m² residential houses or flats, or 5 units of 80 m² each with free parking and gardens. We are involved in this project as partners with the owner of the plot, and we are ready to prepare the plans for pre-sales in cooperation with a first-class Greek Bank.
